At N4D BOOTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may request a return or refund within 30 business days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted within the 30-business-day window.

  • Returns requested after that period will not be accepted.

  • We only offer exchanges for sizing issues or manufacturing defects.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or credit card.

  • Shipping fees (standard or express) are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
